General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the acf365 platform and its related services. By visiting the acf365 website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

New members can receive up to a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳26,000 → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳41,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings made after meeting the wagering requirements can be withdrawn.
• The same promotional offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• acf365 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be investigated.
• Under the VIP program, weekly cashback of 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.1%, and 1.5% applies to Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers respectively.

Gaming Rules

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Account Closure at the User's Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. If all wagering requirements have been met before account closure, the remaining balance can be withdrawn.

8.2 Account Closure at acf365's Discretion

acf365 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If an account was created using false information.
• If age verification fails.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• Upon instruction from law enforcement authorities.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will acf365's liability exceed the amount of funds held in your account.
